Come chill with the tastiest BBQ in the Southeast and the hottest bluegrass, country, folk, and Americana music! Join us for the annual Spruce Pine BBQ & Bluegrass Festival in the beautiful Riverside Park in downtown Spruce Pine, NC on October 7, 2023.

LOW ADMISSION PRICE: ONLY $5

KIDS 12 & UNDER - FREE.

All festival activities, including entertainment, food vendors, and crafts vendors will be located at Riverside Park [ map ] across the river from downtown Spruce Pine. Tickets may be bought at the Festival.

The Spruce Pine BBQ & Bluegrass Festival is hosted by the Rotary Club of Spruce Pine. All profits from the festival go to charitable efforts through the Spruce Pine Rotary Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization. We invite you to learn more about Rotary and our charities.

Backpacks will be subject to search.Spruce Pine BBQ, Music & More features the best in local and regional musicians, award-winning food from multiple vendors, artists & crafts vendors, kids activities, and much, much more!


Note: Pets are allowed at the festival, but they must be on a leash.


The Mitchell County Transportation Authority will operate a continuous FREE shuttle service from locations in and around Spruce Pine during the festival. The shuttles will start before the festival opens and will continue until 1/2 hour after closing.


FREE parking is available by following the "Festival Parking" signs located at important intersections around Spruce Pine.


Don't forget to bring your lawn chairs for the performances!


NO COOLERS or backpacks with beverages are allowed at the Festival.


Backpacks will be subject to search.


Sodas, bottled water, iced tea, lemonade, beer and other beverages are available for purchase from vendors whose entry fees support Rotary's charitable efforts.
