Opportunities for sponsorship on several levels are available to get your organization’s name before the public. This event drew over 4,000 attendees and prospective customers in 2012 and the festival will be even larger and more heavily promoted in 2013. Special incentives are available to those who sponsor to help you meet your promotion and advertising goals in the coming years.

Presenting Sponsors - $5,000

Sponsors at this level will have prominently displayed wording in all media advertising - including radio and television, on all web pages, print media, festival signage, and t-shirts, and event programs as follows, “Sponsored by ABC Corp" (Logo). This listing will be the most prominent listing of all sponsorship levels and will give your company the most visibility. Presenting sponsors will have exclusivity of sponsorship within their field of business. For example if a bank, no other banks will be listed as sponsors.

 

Level 2 Sponsors - $2,000
Sponsors at this level will have prominently displayed wording in advertising – including the sponsor web page, signage, and t-shirts subservient to the Presenting Sponsors. Level 2 sponsors may choose to sponsor a specific venue such as the BBQ Competition, Cornhole tournament, Bluegrass stage, or kid’s inflatables which will include large signage at that venue with the wording, “(Venuename) Sponsored by ABC Corp” (Logo).

 

Level 3 Sponsor – $1,000
Sponsors at this level will have the company logo and contact information on the sponsors web page, venue signage, and t-shirts subservient to Level 2 Sponsors.

 

Level 4 Sponsor - $500
Sponsors at this level will have the company name and logo displayed on the sponsors web page and will be listed subservient to the levels above on the sponsor sign, T-shirts, and event programs.

 

Level 5 Sponsor - $100
Sponsors at this level will be listed on the website, on the large sponsorship sign, and in the event program subservient to the levels above with their contact information.

Frequent references to sponsorships will be made by the emcee on the Bluegrass Stage during the event.

Company, individual, or anonymous donations are welcome at any level and all proceeds after expenses will go toward Rotary local and international charitable causes. Media Sponsors - Sponsorships are available for print and broadcast media outlets who offer free or discounted advertising for the festival. Media Sponsors will receive recognition as defined above depending on the value of their sponsorship.

 

Cornhole Board Sponsors - Businesses and individuals may sponsor a Cornhole Board for $75.
