Come chill with the tastiest BBQ in the southeast and the hottest bluegrass, country, folk, and Americana music in the nation!  Join us in the cool Blue Ridge Mountains for the 6th annual Spruce Pine BBQ & Bluegrass Festival in Spruce Pine, North Carolina on July 14 & 15, 2017.

All festival activities, including entertainment, food vendors, and crafts vendors will be located at the Riverside Park across the river from downtown Spruce Pine. Tickets may be bought at the Festival or in Advance online (see the TICKETS link to the left). Full-Access Entertainment Passes with Premier Seating will again be available!

The Spruce Pine BBQ & Bluegrass Festival is hosted by the Rotary Club of Spruce Pine, and all profits from the festival go to charitable efforts through the Spruce Pine Rotary Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization.

The majority of the proceeds from this year's festival will go towards helping to develop and finish the hiking/biking path from Riverside Park in Spruce Pine to the Blue Ridge Parkway, along the historic Overmountain Victory Trail. This trail work is in partnership with the
Toe River Watershed Partnership and the US National Park Service.

The event features the best in local and regional musicians and cloggers,
award winning mouth watering BBQ from multiple vendors, a jamming stage, championship clogging teams, artists & crafts vendors, an antique farm equipment and tractor show, kids activities, and much, much more!
 
Note: Due to health department regulations, pets are not allowed at the festival.
 
The Mitchell County Public Transportation Authority will be running continuous FREE shuttle service from locations in and around Spruce Pine for the festival. The FREE service will start before opening time and continue until 1 hour after closing time both days of the Festival.
FREE parking can be found by following the "Festival Parking" signs located at important intersections around town.
Don't forget to bring your lawn chairs for the performances.

Due to health department regulations, pets will not be allowed at the festival.

Please NO COOLERS or backpacks with beverages. Backpacks will be subject to search.
Sodas, bottled water, iced tea, lemonade, beer and other beverages are available for purchase from vendors whose entry fees support Rotary's charitable efforts.
